Lucretius is an open-source molecular dynamics simulation package that allows efficient simulations and analysis of liquid, polymeric, and crystalline materials using atomistic and coarse-grained models.  Lucretius is compatible with many commercial and published force fields as well as custom force fields available from WMI.
